I'm going to continue reading The Road. I shouldn't really have given up on it. That was just me being lazy. It's so sad and so poetic.

Guy Pearce is set to star in the movie adaptation. Excellent! It would be a difficult role, I think, but if he does it well = awards. Cormac McCarthy is THE author for Oscars.
